He managed to serve me extremely fast and met all my expectations by providing me all specific allergy information and helped me choose the meal I required without any hesitation despite the pressure of being very busy. He's an asset to the company and I can see he works incredibly hard and is very passionate about his role working for KFC. I wish I could always be served by Ali everytime!
